There are many programs out there that promise the world. Spotmau is notorious for saying its products can do things that no software aps can do, for example boot *ANY* hard drive, fix any partition and so forth, and they offer 90 day money back guarantee. Buggy software Program has a poor user interface and is also very buggy.Trying to select a hard drive to scan for bad sectors only results in selecting ONE, and it is impossible to change to another one.It is impossible to perform a scan on several drives at once.Selecting another hard drive while scan is in progress will result in the hard drives jumping around in the list; unable to select another one.This is hardly what I would call a good program.

When I ran a Self Test on a samsung 160GB SATA drive it ran okay but the HD was unusable after it completed. The OS completely lost it. I had to do a power off/on to get it back. Overall works well but has some bugs I have tried this product, and will consider it for purchase, but several nagging problems keep re-occuring. The system settings change without my prompt - most noteably the set feature for warning on overheat.

temperature moniter for external drive Your program was indicating a very high temperature constant for my Networked 160gb Seagate external drive (in Wellard Inclosure) even though not even switched on, it even indicates a constant temperature for the Laptop Harddrive, for example it does not indicate varible heat range, any suggestions. Clone? Clone will not clone a clone. I clone a c: drive to d: drive. Then I booted from d: drive and removed clone software. Then I cloned e: drive from d: drive. E: drive wont boot.

Satisfied (but stupid) user You have a great product it seems to do what it is expected to do without fuss, you have also resisted the inclusion of "extras" which only increase file size, and the hardware requirements, as well as the time needed to load and execute.My only real problem is that I use your product on a laptop and the touch pad does not seem to function with it.
